*CHECKOUT RULES:*

On the day of your departure, after exiting the property with your car, please return the two sets of keys to the small reception at Res. Concordia. If there is no one there, you can drop the keys in the black key drop box located outside the building or simply leave them on the kitchen table while closing the front door.

Before leaving the apartment, we kindly ask you to:

1. Dispose of all trash in the bins outside the building. Please do not leave any items that do not belong to the apartment (e.g., leftover food, toys, personal belongings, etc.).

2. Clean the kitchen (including dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots). Return the utensils to the places you found them (do not leave anything inside the dishwasher, if present).

3. You may leave the beds unmade.

4. Sweep the floor.

5. Any furniture that has been moved should be returned to its original position.

6. Leave the house in general order (there's no need to clean the bathroom, windows, or furniture, but there should not be any excessive mess).

7. If you are unable to tidy up the house, the cleaning fee is 70.00 euros for a three-room apartment and 50.00 euros for a two-room apartment (kitchen - dishes, plates, and glasses must still be washed). Please request the service (call/WhatsApp 0039 3934148577).

8. Turn off the main circuit breaker of the house.

9. Close the door.
